S.H.A.D.A on the Waterfront

Stepney Housing and Development Agency (S.H.A.D.A) and British Waterways supported the commissioning of a series of recycled glass roundels for a new housing development situated along the paved waterfront at Limehouse Estate in Tower Hamlets.
